Returns and Exchanges:

For your peace of mind, standard items may be exchanged unconditionally within 7 days of purchase.

• Items that have been altered for the customer, such as resizing a ring or adjusting the length, cannot be exchanged.
• Personalised, custom-made jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Exchanges are limited to once only.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Exchange Arrangements:

Please return the item, including its packaging, box, complimentary gifts and all accompanying accessories, to the address we provide.

Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition and has not been damaged. Upon satisfactory inspection, we will proceed with you exchange.
